- Players should maintain their username and password securely and confidentially. To avoid unauthorized access and use, you should change your password immediately and notify us immediately if you feel that the confidentiality of your username and password has been breached in any way.
- Our company reserves the right to reject, limit or adjust any bet, payout or transaction in the event there is a mistake resulting from human or technical error.
- If there is an inconsistency, discrepancy or contradiction between the Terms and Conditions and Rules and Regulations in the various languages, the English version shall prevail.
- Our company reserves the right to void any tickets before and after the market closing date/time if we detect that there is evidence of cheating or fraud from players that placed the said bets.
- Odds and commission rates are floating. The total prize payout for each bet is calculated based on the odds and commission rate prevailing at the time the bet is accepted.
- Bets which are placed after the market closing date and time are considered void or not valid.
- Bets cancellation are not allowed 30 minutes after the bet is placed and for bets placed less than 10 minutes before the closing time no cancellation is permitted.

- Our company will not be responsible for any consequence if online gambling is illegal in the player's country.
- Our company daily market betting time will be close at 20:00 (GMT +8) until 23:59 (GMT +8), and betting time will reopen at 00:00 (GMT +8)
